He is also survived by his brothers and sisters, Edward (Johanna), Sally Logue (Robert), James, Sharon, Richard (Ellen) and Stanley (Darlene).

Born on May 24, 1927, Althea was a longtime resident of Odessa. Carpenter (Jerry Arrasmith, deceased April 20, 2017) of Atlanta, GA; and daughters, Gail E. In addition to being involved in all church functions, Althea was a volunteer for Meals on Wheels, the Odessa Food Pantry, the Dutton S.

She was predeceased by her husband of 62 years, Robert G. Peterson Memorial Library, and the American Red Cross.

Althea was a graduate of the Elmira Business Institute, and worked as a legal secretary before devoting herself to raising her three children.

She had a passion for baking, gardening, bird watching, music, reading, and serving her community.
